REDUX: "40" Blocks from Tiffany's Pt 2

Pete Rock and Camp Lo just dropped their not-so-long awaited sequel to 80 Blocks from Tiffany's. The original was lackluster, but they've righted the ship this time around. Their new tape is bloated as a waterlogged corpse, but buried under a slew of unwarranted features and poor mixing you'll find one of this year's most enjoyable albums. I've shaved the album down in half so my loyal readership—all four of youwon't have to. Download the redux here. Enjoy.

  1. lol pretty sure you have more than four readers mate!

This is appreciated though and also marks my first Camp Lo project since I first heard their debut years and years back. I do wonder whether this release will herald an actual full length with PR. The shit got announced prior to Pete's shit with Smif n Wessun.

  2. Nice one.

Godamn, there are some ridiculously unsuitable guests for a Camp Lo project on the proper thing : Uncle Murda, Mac Miller, and M.O.P?

  3. No problem fellas. Yeah, I'm not sure if the album is still on or not. Seems like they dumped the entire hard drive on this tape.

    The features are just weird.
